Menaquinone-7 (MK-7) is an advanced, long-acting form of Vitamin K2. Unlike standard Vitamin K1 which leaves your system within hours, MK-7 remains active in your bloodstream for over 48 hours. This extended timeline ensures a steady, constant supply to your bones and blood vessel walls.
